1. How do I book directly with MZ Hanok?
Simply fill out our Google Form and wait for our confirmation via Viber.
2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
3. Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the building as per SMDC policy.
4. Is parking available?
Yes, but it's subject to availability. Please inform us in advance. The fee is Php 400 for 22 hours stay.
5. Can we use the pool?
Yes, guests can use the pool with a separate fee payable upon making your reservation. We'll assist in coordinating this. It costs Php 150/person/day on regular days and Php 300/person/day on holidays.
6. How do I pay?
We accept GCash and BPI bank transfers only. Full payment is required to confirm the booking plus the refundable safety deposit of Php 1,500 for direct bookings.
7. Are towels and toiletries provided?
Yes, we provide clean towels and basic toiletries.
8. Can I rent a hanbok during my stay?
Yes! We offer optional hanbok rental exclusively for in-house guests. Just let us know in advance. The rental fee is Php 1,100 per hanbok plus a refundable safety deposit of Php 1,000 valid for use during your stay only.
9. Up to how many people can stay in your unit?
We always suggest that the unit comfortably fits 2pax. However, we can accommodate a maximum of up to 4pax with a fee of Php 399 per extra pax.
10. How do I get my refundable safety deposit back?
You will receive it on the same day after you have checked out after our successful unit inspection. It will be refunded via Gcash, Cash, or Bank transfer (case by case).
